Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept online returns postmarked within 10 days of receiving your purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition. Store credits and exchanges are accepted within 10 days with receipt.
As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In Store Returns
Customers may receive a full refund to original form of payment within 5 days of your purchase, with receipt. Returns past the 5-day window will have 10 days from purchase date to exchange for equal or greater value or get a store credit. Store credits do not expire. Returns after 5 days will not be accepted. Markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. *We do not offer shipping cost refunds. As a small business we do not offer price adjustments online or in store.

Shipping
We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
