In Store Returns:

 

Customers may receive a full refund to original form of payment within 5 days of your purchase, with receipt. Returns past the 5 day window will have 10 days from purchase date to exchange for equal or greater value, or get a store credit. Store credits do not expire.

 

Returns after 10 days will not be accepted.

 

Markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Online Returns: 

 

Customers may receive a full refund to original form of payment if the item(s) is postmarked and shipped back within 5 days of receiving your purchase, or a store credit will be given if the item(s) is postmarked and shipped back within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

 

Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted.

To Make a Return:

 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your Monkee's of Johnson City account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Your return MUST be authorized by us prior to shipping back your item(s) with the return label provided.

Shipping


We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
